Dark Arrow

Dark Arrow is an extremely dangerous assassin/archer and is Tiger Lily and Red Arrow's mortal enemy. He will not stop until he is the only archer left and the best one in the world. He also an operative/marksman for Dark Illuminati with his deadly aim and perfect accuracy with his bow and arrows, second only next to Agent Zero's with his firearms. Dark Arrow has also trained himself to a peak human conditioning to strength, speed, agility, stamina, endurance, reflexes, and coordination at the peak of human potential and is highly skilled in martial arts and stealth. He's dark, cunning, relentless, arrogant, mysterious, ruthless, cocky and blunt. He's a 33 year old man with white hair, grey eyes and white skin. He wears a black and silver bodysuit with a black mask covering all of his head with the exception of the eyes which are white, black hood and gloves and grey combat boots.
